Burger bowls 🍔🍟✨ been loving this easy and healthy dinner! RECIPE: 1) make fries by slicing potatoes or sweet potatoes and place on a baking sheet. Coat in oil (I use avocado oil), salt, and pepper. Bake at 400F for 40 min 2) prepare toppings by slicing tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and romaine lettuce. Shred cheddar cheese 3) make special sauce by mixing together equal parts mayo, ketchup, and mustard. Thin with pickle juice until you reach a sauce consistency 4) cook ground meat (I used bison but you can use ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken, etc) and season with salt and pepper 5) assemble bowls with romaine, potatoes, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, ground beef, cheese, and special sauce.
