Instructions

Step 1
You can use any meat, I’m using pork baby back ribs and I cut them first to individual ribs. To prep the marinade, I’m using frozen lemongrass and garlic and chopping until it’s finely minced. In a bowl, add ribs, oyster sauce, garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, Knorr seasoning sauce, minced lemongrass and brown sugar. Mix everything together so that the ribs are coated with the marinade. Then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but overnight is always best! Cook in air fryer at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes on each side. Cooking times will vary based off your air fryer.
