Pizza Dough
½ cupall purpose flour
½ teaspoonactive dry yeast
¾ teaspoondark brown sugar
you can use any sugar here this is just what I like to use
⅛ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonoil

warm or lukewarm

Instructions
Chicken Marinade
Step 1
Chop your chicken and onions, then transfer them to a bowl.

To your chicken & onions, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, sugar, BBQ sauce, perinaise, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Mix together until everything is incoporated.

Cover and leave to marinade overnight (or until you run out of patience).
Pizza Dough
Step 4
To a bowl, add your flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil. Gradually add in the water as you knead the dough. If you add too much water, add more flour and vice versa.

Shape your dough into a ball, then poke some holes into it.

Cover with saran wrap or a plate and leave to rise for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 450F

To a medium-high heat pan or skillet, add your butter.

Add your marinated chicken & onions and cook them till your chicken is fully cooked.

To a greased 8-10 baking pan, add your pizza dough and spread it out.

Cover in egg wash, followed by pizza sauce.

Transfer chicken & onions on to the pizza, topped with your cheeses.

Put into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
