Ingredients
4 servings
1 lbground turkey
1 packagefirm tofu
or extra firm
1 bundleleeks
or other veggie
3cloves garlic
minced
1 knobGinger
minced
2 splashessake
For Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all sauce ingredients into a small bowl
Step 2
In a skillet or wok, on medium heat sauté garlic and ginger in a little bit oil until garlic is fragrant
Step 3
Add ground turkey and sauté until brown. Add sake, allow sake to cook through
Step 4
Add leeks and tofu
Step 5
Add sauce and mix carefully to not break tofu into bits
Step 6
Simmer on low/medium heat for 5-8 minutes to allow sauce to be absorbed by turkey
