Instructions
Step 1
Coat chicken in Tony Charchere's Creole Seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 2
Cook in cast iron skillet until golden brown. Shred chicken.
Step 3
Chop lettuce and fruit. Combine all ingredients.
