Instructions
Step 1
Cut 1 inch cuts crosswise in chicken breasts
Step 2
Rub salt and pepper into chicken
Step 3
Coat with flour.
Step 4
Add 3 Tbs butter into skillet, when melted add chicken. Fry on one side, then turn over and fry.
Step 5
Add 2Tbs butter, garlic, soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Cook til thick.
