Instructions
Step 1
Cook white rice the day before and leave to sit overnight in the fridge
Step 2
Add 1 garlic clove to a pan with frozen onions and cook until fragrant
Step 3
Add rice and a little more oil if needed
Step 4
Add soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger to taste
Step 5
Fry until crispy and almost browned
Step 6
Add 2 DROPS of Sesame oil at the very end, stir once more, then serve
