Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onions, pepper and spinach in butter. Remove to a bowl. Beat eggs with milk, add salt and pepper to taste, scramble eggs. Add eggs to vegetables, mix to combine. Heat up tortillas slightly. Divide evenly between the tortilla’s, estimated 2.5-3 ounces egg mixture, one diced turkey sausage, 1/4 cup grated cheese, wrap burrito style. Wrap burrito in plastic, freeze. Put in fridge the night before to thaw. Reheat in microwave in plastic on a plate for 30 seconds, turn over, heat 30 seconds more.
