Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

In a large oven-safe casserole dish, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, sliced carrots, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and minced garlic.
