Instructions
Step 1
Use 1 tbp of oil to toast peppercorns on medium until fragrant. Put into spice pouch.
Step 2
Fry pork belly on medium until oil comes out and golden brown.
Step 3
Fry rest of spices. Put rock sugar and fry til fragrant and melted. Deglaze with wine. Put in garlic green onion and ginger.
Step 4
Sautee cabbage til softened. Put sauces and mix. Put 2.5 cups of water and add spice bag back. Bring to boil, simmer for 40min.
Step 5
Put noodles and cook on medium for 4-5 min. Add hot water it necessary.
