2 tablespoonsolive oil

3sweet potatoes

1 teaspoonsmoked paprika

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Steak:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the mixture over both sides of the steaks.

Heat a skillet or oven-safe pan over high heat. Once hot, sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side to develop a nice crust.

Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and roast for about 5-7 minutes for medium-rare or longer for your desired level of doneness.

Remove from the oven and let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus:

Place the trimmed asparagus spears on a baking sheet.
