2 cupssugar

1 teaspoonvanilla
1 teaspoonbaking soda
½ cupbuttermilk
½ cupshortening
1 stickmargarine
6 tablespoonscocoa
1 cupwater
2 cupsflour
Icing
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 1st 5 ingredients
Step 2
Bring to a boil next 4 ingredients
Step 3
Add the boiled mixture into the mixing bowl
Step 4
Add flour
Step 5
Bake in floured pan at 350 for 20 minutes
Step 6
While cake bakes mix the icing in a pan over low heat
Step 7
Pour icing while hot over hot cake OR let cake and icing cool and spread like regular cake
