16 ouncesboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespooncornstarch
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonrice wine
or sherry, optional
1 tablespoonoil
1onion
chopped
2green peppers
chopped
1ginger
thumb-sized piece, minced
¼ cupchicken broth
1 tablespoonoyster sauce
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
salt
to taste
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cornstarch, soy sauce, and rice wine (if using). Toss to coat.
