Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice onions, then caramelize in Dutch oven pot with 2 tbsp butter (20 mins). Add salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
Step 2
Add 1 Tbsp butter and flour, stir to coat.
Step 3
Add beef stock, beans, miso paste, thyme, stir to combine. Simmer for 10 mins.
Step 4
Stir in shredded cheese. Then serve with crusty bread! Garnish with fresh parsley.
