They are the perfect gluten free alternative to wheat noodles and can be whipped up in 5 minutes!

Instructions
Step 1
Brush a large plate or plastic chopping board with some sesame oil
Step 2
Hold 3 rice paper sheets together and hold under cold water for 5 seconds then place onto the oiled plate
Step 3
Brush with a little more oil then cut into thick noodles (move pretty quick here as the longer you wait the softer the noodles will get and the harder they will be to cut)
Step 4
Repeat with the other 3 rice paper noodles
