Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, pull apart the tofu into chunks and either air fry at 205C for 6 minutes or oven bake at 205C for 10 minutes
Step 2
2️⃣Now to a pan add the mange tout and pepper in a little oil to fry until softened
Step 3
3️⃣Meanwhile make the stick orange sauce by adding the orange juice + tamari + sesame oil + maple syrup + crushed garlic + ginger paste + chilli flakes + flour to a jar and shake until well combined
Step 4
4️⃣Add the cooked tofu into the pan along with the sauce, stir and heat through until it thickens (roughly 2 minutes)
Step 5
5️⃣Serve on top of your cooked noodles or rice and enjoy!
