Wash and cook rice While rice cooks, cook carrots and spinach down Mix in a large bowl spices and sauces Add tuna cottage cheese and eggs and mix well Add tuna mixture to carrots and spinach Cook until golden crust forms on tuna and the eggs are done Mix with cooked rice and serve
