Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Toss asparagus and onion with 1 tablespoon oil on a baking sheet. Roast until vegetables are just tender. About 12 minutes.

Whisk the yogurt, turmeric vinegar, honey, coriander, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, and a quarter tablespoon each salt and pepper in a bowl.

He a grill pan over high. Coat tuna steaks with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with remaining three-quarter tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon pepper. Grill tuna to desired degree of done this about 90 seconds per side for rare. Removed from pan.
Step 4
Divide yogurt mixture among four plates spread slightly into circles. Divide vegetables among plates, sliced tuna, and place a top vegetables. Sprinkle with mint and remaining 1 tablespoon hemp seeds.
