Step 1
Fry pork in oil till browned, set aside. Bring water to boil in large pot. Add peanut butter, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add half the onions, simmer 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, stir for 1 minute. Season with spices, add tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, simmer for a minute then add peppers and meat, simmer for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the onions, simmer till all the onions are tender. Serve over thick rice.
