Step 1
Marinate for maximum flavor: In a large bowl, combine buffalo sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Add the chicken slices and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
