Instructions
Step 1
add the chicken stock cube, ginger and cold water to a saucepan

bring to the boil and leave for 10-15 mins

reduce the heat and cook for 1 1/2 hours

bring a small saucepan of water to the boil and add the eggs (with the shell still on)

slice the eggs in half and take the shells off
