Ingredients

15 ouncesflank steak
thinly sliced
1 tablespooncornstarch
¼ cupsoy sauce
2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
1 tablespoonhoney
1 tablespoonsriracha
optional
1 teaspoonginger
grated
½ teaspoongarlic powder
1 headbroccoli
cut into florets
1red bell pepper
sliced
1green bell pepper
sliced
½ cupchicken broth
rice
cooked, for serving
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, toss the steak with cornstarch.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, ginger, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Step 5
Pour in the chicken broth and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add the sauce and cook for another minute, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 7
Serve over cooked rice.
