Chorizo Quiche

Bake pie crust per package directions. Brown the onion, add bell peppers, garlic, and cilantro. Cook the chorizo in a pan and mix everything together. Add pepperjack and put in the pie crust. Mix eggs and heavy cream and pour on top. Swirl everything together gently and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until it is firm to the touch.
