Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and arrange 5 oven safe containers on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Step 2
Place chicken in a mixing bowl. Add parmesan, bread crumbs, egg, and seasoning. Mix well. Evenly distribute meat into the 5 containers and roll into a loaf or meatballs. (~1.25 c each)
Step 3
Cover each meatball with ¼ c marinara.
Step 4
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Step 5
Cook pasta noodles following package instructions.
Step 6
Steam broccoli over the stove or in microwave until soft.
Step 7
In small, oven safe bowl, heat up the cottage cheese for 30 seconds. Stir and heat another 30 seconds. Blend with blender to make smooth. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Step 8
Evenly distribute pasta and broccoli into the containers with ⅓ c of alfredo.
