Instructions

Step 1
Scramble meat, drain grease.
Step 2
Add seasoning and mix well
Step 3
Add salsa, corn and half a cup of cheese and stir to combine
Step 4
Add broth and uncooked rice, stir to combine, then bring to a simmer
Step 5
Top with remaining cheese, cover and cook on low for 10 minutes, or until rice has absorbed the broth
Step 6
Top with sour cream and serve with a salad and chips
