Instructions
Step 1
Cook the Israeli couscous according to package instructions and let it cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add cooked Israeli couscous, chickpeas, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, carrots, kale and kidney beans.
Step 3
Drizzle dressing of choice over the bowl and toss everything together until well combined.
Step 4
Serve with lemon wedges.
