Instructions

Step 1
Soak the dates in boiling water for 90 minutes then strain and add to a blender

Add 190 ml water the vanilla and the zest of a clean orange and blend until a smooth sweet paste

Stir in most of the coconut flakes reserving some to roll the balls in now cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Step 4
Roll teaspoons of the mix into balls then coat in the leftover coconut . To keep firm leave in the fridge in an airtight container otherwise you can enjoy them a little softer left out of the fridge
