Instructions

Step 1
1. Melt butter in a medium skillet over low heat. Don't let the butter burn.

2. Add garlic and saute for 30 sec - 1 min. Don't let the garlic burn.

3. Add the cream and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add the parmesan cheese gradually, and whisk quickly until it reaches the desired consistency (remember it will thicken slightly as it cools).
Step 5
5. Stir in parsley and serve.
Step 6
***Add more cheese if sauce is too thin; add more cream if sauce is too thick.
