this is the recipe for the base pasta form. *you will need to add your chosen precooked protein to this.

Instructions

Step 1
* you can replace the frozen vege with any other vegetables
Step 2
fill a pot of water and place on the stove to boil
Step 3
cut up onion and garlic and fry in oil in a hot pan
Step 4
defrost the frozen vege if you are using it, or add the other cut up vegetables to the pan to cook.
Step 5
once the veges are cooked or put in the pan add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Step 6
once the water is boil put in the pasta until cooked.
Step 7
add in the PROTEIN to the sauce
Step 8
drain the pasta and serve
