Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325° F.

In a large bowl of the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.

Then add the flour, salt, and lavender and mix until combined.
Step 4
Roll out on a powdered sugar surface.
Step 5
Cut out your desired shapes. We chose hearts, as Valentine's Day is approaching!
Step 6
Freeze your cookie cutouts for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Then place your firm cutouts 1-2 inches apart on a Silpat or a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 325° F. or until light golden brown.
Step 9
Let them completely before icing with royal icing!
