2 cupsyoghurt
2eggs
1 cuphot sauce
salt
pepper
2 tablespoonssmoked paprika
2garlic cloves
1 teaspoonchili pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the batter ingredients
Step 2
Whisk as well the dry ingredients until well combined
Step 3
Boil water in a pot and add salt, then add the cauliflower until cooked.
Step 4
Stain the cauliflower and let it cool.
Step 5
Once cool, dip in the flour mixture until well covered, then dip in the batter, and then back to the flour.
Step 6
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 7
In a bowl, mix together the hot sauce.
Step 8
Once the cauliflower are fried, dip in the sauce until coated and then serve.
