Ingredients for one serving:
1/2 cup / 3oz. frozen strawberries (85 g)
1/4 cup / 1.5 oz. frozen wild blueberries (45 g)
3/4 cup low fat (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (180 ml / about 200g)
1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds + 1/4 cup milk of choice (60 ml)
