Coach’s oats are similar to quick-cooking steel-cut oats but better tasting and texture. I like to add spices and fruit to mine. And now adding protein powder, flax oil, and chia seeds for added healthiness.

Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl that is large enough to be only half full (or it will boil over in the microwave).

Whisk together to thoroughly combine

Microwave 40% power for 4 minutes, stir, and serve
