Instructions

Step 1
Mix eggs and cottage cheese with salt and pepper and seasoning. Scoop into 12 greased muffin cups. Chop up 1-piece Canadian back for each muffin and add veggies to the top.
Step 2
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Heat in microwave to reheat.
