Instructions
Step 1
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Crack the eggs into the tin and add a dash of salt and pepper to each one. Bake the eggs at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until the yolks are firm.
Step 2
Bake the canned biscuits according to the package directions.
Step 3
Cook the bacon in a well-oiled skillet.
Step 4
Butter the biscuits and add the baked egg, slice of cheese, and bacon.
Step 5
Microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Makes 6 sandwiches.
