Step 1
CUT THE TOMATO INTO RINGS, ONION AND CELERY STALK INTO SMALL CUBES. Separate the canned tuna from the liquid and mix in a container with mayonnaise, mustard, onion and celery, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spread the salad sheet, tomato, tuna mixture on the bread and cover with a second slice of bread. Serve by cutting the sandwich in half.
