Instructions
Step 1
Cook bacon over high heat until crispy
Step 2
Wipe away excess grease with paper towel
Step 3
Remove sausage casing and dice. Then use same pan to cook
EGGS
Step 4
Add corn starch to microwave safe bowl with small bit of egg white and whisk until combined
Step 5
Add rest of egg white, cheese, salt and pepper, then mix
Step 6
Cook mixture in the microwave in 45 second increments. After each microwave, scrape the edge and mix thoroughly before microwaving again. Eggs are done cooking when they are mostly firm
Finish it off
Step 7
To a whole grain tortilla, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt or sour cream and hot sauce of your chosing. Then add bacon, sausage, and egg. Then roll into burrito
Step 8
Wrap in foil and freeze for later use
