Step 1
Add the pasta to salted boiling water and cook until al dente

Step 2
Add a little olive oil to a pan then add the butter and cook on medium heat until it starts to get foamy and slightly brown then add in the sage leaves and let them infuse and get slightly crispy

Step 3
Reserve a spoon of the brown sage butter then add a drizzle of the starchy pasta water into the pan . Toss in the pasta season with salt and pepper then cook another minute
Step 4
Serve the pasta and drizzle the reserved brown butter on top .
