Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, baking powder, butterscotch syrup, yogurt, cinnamon and almond milk untilsmooth.
Step 2
Spray an oven-safe ramekin with frylite and then pour the mixture into this.
Step 3
Place in the air fryer or oven at 180C for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
Step 4
While this is cooking, chop the apple into small pieces and add it to a pot on a low heat with some frylite, stevia and cinnamon. Allow to cook until soft
Step 5
Remove the oats from the air fryer and cut a small hole in the centre. To this hole, add the custard and then top with the stewed apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon
