Instructions
Step 1
Heat frying pan to medium/high heat. Add drizzle of oil and pack of gnocchi and garlic puree. Fry for 5 mins, tossing occasionally.
Step 2
Boil the kettle and trim the broccoli stems.
Step 3
Pop 1 or 2 portions of broccoli on to boil for 5-8mins till tender.
Step 4
Add the tinned tomatoes, 1/2 of the tin of water, and a squirt of ketchup. Simmer for 5-8mins or until the sauce has thickened and the brocoli has cooked. Season to taste.
Step 5
Serve half the tomato gnocchi with a portion of the brocoli - top with portion of pesto. Sprinkle with Parmesan (optional)
