Instructions
Step 1
Take off basket from deep fryer and fill oil to “max” level on side
Step 2
Plug in deep fryer and turn on, and put dial to 200°C and put cover on to let oil warm up

Put baking sheets on 2 very large metal trays
Step 4
Place all chicken wings on the sheets
Step 5
Sprinkle salt and pepper on wings
Step 6
Put corn starch in sifter and hit sifter to cover all over the wings
Step 7
Flip them over and repeat process
Step 8
Preheat oven to 175° to keep wings warm if not eaten right away

When deep fryer is ready, put wings 12 at a time in the basket, then put it in the oil and set timer for 7 minutes

Use big metal spoon to mix around wings so they don’t stick in basket

Put 4 tablespoons of honey garlic sauce in metal bowl

When 7 minutes is up, take basket out and drain remaining oil, put wings in metal bowl and mix, set in big Pyrex plate

Rinse out bowl for next sauce
Step 14
Repeat for all sauces and all wings until all wings ready
Step 15
When you are done all wings, unplug it, turn it off
Step 16
Set dial to automatic filtration and wait until oil goes to bottom cartridge (tomorrow morning)
Step 17
Put oil in container that you can use 2 more times, then put container outside for garbage
