This oatmeal is definitely a modge-podge of some things I had on hand. I've done versions of it in the past and it always turns out so delicious. Add, remove or swap sweeteners or fix-ins as you see fit!

Instructions
Step 1
In stock pot bring water, milk, spices and vanilla to a low boil
Step 2
Add oats and simmer for about 10 minutes Add in applesauce
Step 3
Add in stevia, blueberries, banana and salt
Step 4
Cook down another 5 minutes on low, add zest and lemon juice. Top with butter (optional) and let sit on low/warm for another 10+ minutes.
