Step 1
Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Transfer it into a bowl and season with soy sauce, black pepper, and baking soda. Let it sit for 10-20 minutes while prepping the other ingredients
Step 2
For the sauce, combine cane vinegar, soy sauce, palm sugar, black pepper, and bay leaf powder.
Step 3
Mince the garlic and julienne onion.
Step 4
In a wok over medium heat, start cooking the chicken. Set aside when the chicken is cooked.
Step 5
In the same wok, sweat the onions and garlic. Add cold rice and fry. Transfer the chicken back in the wok and add the sauce and mix well.
