These super simple wraps are gluten free, healthy, and high in fiber and protein. They only take 3 ingredients (if you even count salt and water as ingredients), are super simple to make, and great with any filling

Instructions
Step 1
Using a strainer, wash your lentils. Add to a large blender with water and salt. Let soak for 3 hours

After soaking, blend until smooth
Step 3
Preheat a large pan over medium heat. Pour in the tortilla batter, and cook until the top has bubbles and appears dry. Flip and cook for an additional minute. Transfer to a plate or wire rack. Between each batch, re-blend the batter, and lightly spray the pan with oil
Step 4
Don't make them too thin or they will fall apart when flipping or eating. With any failed tortillas, you can rip them into large chunks and air fry at 400F for about 5 minutes to make red lentil tortilla chips
