Instructions
Step 1
Boil noodles for 4 minutes, drain and cool
Step 2
Combine meat with onion flakes and garlic salt and brown in skillet
Step 3
Combine browned meat with mozzarella, ricotta cheese, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, eggs, and butter in a large bowl
Step 4
Stuff each mannicotti noodle with meat mixture
Step 5
Pour a thin layer of pasta sauce in bottom af a baking dish
Step 6
Arrange mannicotti noodles in a single layer in the baking dish
Step 7
Spoon the remainder of the pasta sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with remainder of the Parmesan cheese
Step 8
Bake uncovered in oven at 375 for 30 minutes
