Instructions

Step 1
- Drain and rinse beans, and combine in bowl.
Step 2
- Add Onion and Feta Cheese to beans.
Step 3
-To make your dressing: In a separate container, mix: Avocado Oil, Dijon Mustard, Lime Juice, Salt and Pepper.
Step 4
- Add Dressing to bean and cheese mixture, mix well, and serve or let sit in fridge to marinate overnight.
