Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the mashed potato, paneer and cheese. Next we add in the onions, spices, herbs and salt. Lastly, mix in the corn flour. For the coating, we need milk and breadcrumbs. Keep them in separate bowls. Shape your cutlets. Dip them in the milk and then in the breadcrumbs. Keep them refrigerated for at least 30 minutes before frying. You can also freeze them to use at a later date. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a hot pan, then fry the cutlets. You can also deep fry them.
