Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
In medium skillet, brown ground beef in medium high until no longer pink. Drain fast, add water & seasoning, simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Cut Pitas or Tortillas into 8 wedges and place on baking sheet. Bake about 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 4
While beef is cooling, combine salsa, cottage cheese, sour cream & taco seasoning in small bowl.
Step 5
Make salads by starting with salsa & sour cream mixture, top with a portion of beef, Lettuce, tomato & cheese. Serve with baked pitas or Tortillas & enjoy!
