Spray Iron Skillet

Heat with 2 oz of butter, let melt but not brown. Meanwhile…..

Pour batter into pan and bake for 7 minutes

Reduce heat to 375º and bake for 8 more minutes (the pancake should not be too brown)

Rollup & transfer to hot platter
