Salmon served with rice and a simple salad
This is a quick yet delicious meal. I seasoned the salmon and threw it in the oven while that was in the oven I made the rice and salad and everything came together in literally a half an hour.

1 teaspoondried parsley

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.

2. Wash and pat dry the salmon. In a bowl melt 4 tablespoons butter, to the butter add soy sauce, Cajun seasoning, dried parsley, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, the juice of half a lemon and Give it a good mix.

3. Pour the mixture over the salmon. Coat each fillet with the mixture. Transfer the salmon into a tray lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the size of your salmon. While that is baking make the salad.
Step 5
5. Chop and dice the red onion, cucumber, tomatoes and place in a bowl, squeeze in the juice of one lemon, drizzle in some olive oil and season with salt.
Step 6
6. Once the salmon comes out of the oven, serve with some white rice and salad on the side and enjoy!
